Cesar has more than 20 years of work experience in IT and Telecommunications. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad del Norte (Barranquilla, Colombia) and a master’s degree in Telecommunications and New Business Models from the Universidad de Cantabria (Santander, Spain).

Cesar has 10 years of experience in sales and is currently the Senior Regional Sales Manager in charge of the wholesale market for the countries of the Andean region at C&W. Previously he was responsible for the Network Engineering and Architecture team at C&W, he worked as a Process and Operations Engineer at Lazus and before as a Support Engineer at Promitel.

Cesar has integrated knowledge and experience in the telecommunications business: sales, business development, customer service, project management and design, implementation, and operation of networks. He has worked on projects to expand the business into new markets, as well as the continued business expansion of existing clients
