He is responsible for sales engineering through the Caribbean and Latin America.  A telecommunications professional with over 20 years of experience in international business, sales, planning, design, and operation of complex networking solutions for telecommunications service providers.  Prior to taking this role in 2014, He held various sales and engineering positions at Metaswitch, UTStarcom, and Lucent.

He earned a BS in Electronic Engineering from Polytechnical Institute of Venezuelan Armed Forces (IUPFAN) and postgraduate studies from Central University of Venezuela (UCV).
