 Israel Munoz is the Technology Director and Chief Architect for Caribbean and Latin America at Casa Systems looking after the region’s technical strategy and helping the clients make the best choices about their network designs and architectures.

Munoz comes with 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry where he’s held several strategic positions in the technical strategy side either globally or in the Latam region. Prior to joining Casa, Munoz held the title of Virtualization and Networking Global Director for Altiostar Networks (Now a Rakuten Company), Senior TAM for the Americas at Amdocs and Head of Sales Engineering for Starent Networks (Now Cisco Systems).

Munoz received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the “Tec de Monterrey ITESM” Mexico City, Mexico, and his master’s in finance & MBA from the University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City Mexico
